My wife and I are always concerned when we make a decision that involves a contractor, especially in the area of home theater installation. Not only are we concerned about the job being performed in it’s entirety in an extremely neat and timely fashion, but we don’t want to be left with a mess of wires and buttons to figure it out for ourselves. I speak from experience; this has happened to us numerous times, and I was relieved when a friend recommended Digital Realm A.V. to us. Digital Realm led by Jared Cranga, scheduled an immediate consultation with us. Mr. Cranga sat down with us and carefully explained our options to us. He did not try and push anything on us, in fact he listened to exactly what we wanted and provided many options for us that fit in our budget.

Once we agreed to the work we were able to get an appointment despite our busy schedules. Digital Realm showed up to the job early and provided excellent work with much attention to detail. Mr. Cranga had pointed out many examples of sloppy work done by our previous installer. Not only did they do the job at hand, but they “cleaned up” the sub-par work performed by the previous installation team.

After the job was done we were amazed at how neat and clean everything was. They spend a good amount of time getting us acquainted with our new system and demonstrated a level of enthusiasm that only comes with a love for this line of work. My wife and I were very happy had quickly forgotten the bad experiences of the past. We enjoy our new distributed audio system, and the entire family and guests can easily operate it.

In the spring we are planning to do an automated lighting system and thankfully Digital Realm A.V. has excellent cost effective ideas for that type of work as well. I would highly recommend Digital Realm to anyone who is looking for a return on their investment in Home Theater, distributed audio, lighting and control systems. The education is priceless.
